Preparation and Storage
Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight405 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

(Paraffin-embedded normal rat hippocampus tissue was prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval in citrate buffer, pH 6.0. Immunostaining was performed using a 1:50 dilution ofMBS629605. Reactivity was detected using the IHC-Select Detection Kit. Staining pattern appears to be restricted to the cytoplasm. Fig. 1 Low mag. and Fig. 2 High mag.)

Is involved in the cell surface targeting of NMDA receptors.
