Rabbit anti-Human ATP12A Polyclonal Antibody | anti-ATP12A antibody
ATP12A, ID (Potassium-transporting ATPase alpha Chain 2, Proton Pump, Non-gastric H(+)/K(+) ATPase Subunit alpha, ATP1AL1) (AP)
ELISA: 1:1000
WB: 1:100-1:500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of ATP12A Antibody (Center) in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ATP12A (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skin reacted with ATP12A Antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(ATP12A Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of k562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. This gene encodes a catalytic subunit of the ouabain-sensitive H+/K+ -ATPase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H(+) and K(+) ions across the plasma membrane. It is also responsible for potassium absorption in various tissues. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Jun 2010]
Uniprot Description
ATP12A: Catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H(+) and K(+) ions across the plasma membrane. Responsible for potassium absorption in various tissues. Belongs to the cation transport ATPase (P-type) (TC 3.A.3) family. Type IIC subfamily. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The ATP12A atp12a (Catalog #AAA6464397) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ATP12A, ID (Potassium-transporting ATPase alpha Chain 2, Proton Pump, Non-gastric H(+)/K(+) ATPase Subunit alpha, ATP1AL1) (AP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ATP12A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). IHC-P: 1:50-1:100 ELISA: 1:1000 WB: 1:100-1:500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ATP12A atp12a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ATP12A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
