Store product at 4 degree C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable at -20 degree C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Related Product Information for anti-GCFC antibody
Partial homology to a transcriptional repressor and histone-interacting protein suggests that GCFC is involved in the regulation of transcription. it GCFC binds to the GC-rich sequences (5'-gcggggc-3') present in the epidermal growth factor receptor, beta-actin, and calcium-dependent protease promoters.

Product Notes

The GCFC paxbp1 (Catalog #AAA6301591) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GCFC, ID (GC-rich sequence DNA-binding factor homolog, GCFC, C21orf66,) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's GCFC can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, FLISA. FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GCFC paxbp1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GCFC, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
