The epitope is not found in isoforms 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 or 7B according to TrEMBL entries Q9P0Y1, Q9P0Y0, Q9P0X6, Q9P0X8, Q96PU7, Q969L9 and Q96PU6, respectively.
• Preparation and Storage: May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
