ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Dilution: ELISA: To detect hBRAK by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.15-0.30ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2ng/well of recombinant hBRAK.
Western Blot: To detect hBRAK by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hBRAK is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Immunogen
Highly pure (> 98%) recombinant human BRAK
Country of Origin
USA
Reconstitution
Reconstitute to a concentration of 50ug/ml with sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA, 40-50% glycerol.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Product Notes

The Cxcl14 cxcl14 (Catalog #AAA618734) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The BRAK (Biotin) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's BRAK can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Cxcl14 cxcl14 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "BRAK, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
