Mouse anti-Human FPRL1 2nd extracellular loop Monoclonal Antibody
mAb anti-Human FPRL1 2nd extracellular loop
Formyl Peptide Receptor-like 1 C-terminal (FPRL-1) 2nd extracellular loop
background: Human formyl peptide receptor-like 1(FPRL1) is a G-protein coupled seven transmembrane receptor. The receptor can bind to the formyl peptides derived from the degradation of the cell wall of infected bacteria and host cells. FPRL1 expressed on the cell surface of neutrophils and other leukocytes mediates the chemotaxis of these cells toward infected site. It has been reported that acute phase protein SAA is also a ligand of FPRL1 and SAA can induce the secretion of IL-8 and TNF-alpha by neutrophil through FPRL1 signalling. FPRL1 has also been shown to mediate the chemotaxis of microglia by Abeta42 peptide and the internalization of Abeta42 peptide into cytoplasma of macrophage, indicating that FRPL1 may participate in the Abeta42 peptide elicited pathogenesis in Alzheimer's disease.

Product Notes
The FPRL1 2nd extracellular loop (Catalog #AAA592376) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The mAb anti-Human FPRL1 2nd extracellular loop reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's FPRL1 2nd extracellular loop can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). ELISA: In indirect ELISA, the antibody is reactive to the peptide (ASWGGTPEERLKC) from the 2nd extracellular loop of human FPRL1. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the FPRL1 2nd extracellular loop for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FPRL1 2nd extracellular loop, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
