The human colorectal carcinoma antigen (CRC) monoclonal antibody-secreted hybridoma cell line was transfected by mpSV2gpt. The human CD3 monoclonal antibody-secreted hybridoma cell line (JXT3) was transfected by mpSV2neo. The production of quadroma CRCgpt/CD3neo included a conventional somatic fusion between CRC and JXT3 cells and were selected and cloned in the media containing both mycophenolic acid and geneticin. Quadromas showing both murine IgG1 and IgG2a were selected and subcloned for the purification of hybrid bispecific antibody CRC/CD3. This product is Protein G affinity purified.
