Related Product Information for CU-T12-9, inhibitor
CU-T12-9 is a potent TLR1/2 agonist(EC50 of 52.9nM in HEK-Blue hTLR2 SEAP assay). It acts by activating the NFkB pathway, upregulating proinflammatory cytokines, and enhancing TLR1 and TLR2 dimerization.CU-T12-9 activates both the innate and the adaptive immune systems. CU-T12-9 selectively activates the TLR1/2 heterodimer, not TLR2/6. CU-T12-9 signals through NF-kappaB and invokes an elevation of the downstream effectors TNF-alpha, IL-10, and iNOS.

Product Notes

The CU-T12-9 (Catalog #AAA5754746) is an Inhibitor and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CU-T12-9, Inhibitor" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
