In Vitro
Administration of AZD1152 (25mg/kg) alone markedly suppresses the growth of MOLM13 xenografts, confirmed by the observation of necrotic tissue with infiltration of phagocytic cells[1]. AZD1152 (25mg/kg/day) treatment, reduces xenograft levels such that they are slightly lower levels than after the first round of treatment, but this is not statistically significant indicating that residual cells might be more resistant to a second cycle of AZD1152[4]. In addition, AZD1152 (10-150mg/kg/day) significantly inhibits the growth of a variety of human solid tumor xenografts, including colon, breast, and lung cancers, in a dose-dependent manner[2].
Preparation and Storage
Store at -20 degree C for 3 years powder
-80 degree C for 2 years in solvent

Product Notes

The AZD1152 (Catalog #AAA5754559) is an Inhibitor and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "AZD1152, Inhibitor" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
