IgG Negative Control (FITC) and IgG Negative Control (PE) Negative Control
COMBI IC Reagent: IgG Negative Control (FITC) and IgG Negative Control (PE)
- In combination with our Permeabilization Kit FIX&PERM intracellular isotype controls can be easily stained in cell suspensions.
- For each sample to be analyzed add 50 ul of whole blood, bone marrow or mononuclear cell suspension in a 5ml tube
- Add 100 ul of Reagent A (Fixation Medium, stored and used at room temperature)
- Incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature
- Add 5 ml phosphate buffered saline and centrifuge cells for 5 minutes at 300 g
- Remove supernatant and add to cell pellet 100 ul Reagent B (Permeabilization Medium) and 20 ul of COMBI-IC Negative Control antibody conjugate.
- Vortex at low speed for 1-2 seconds
- Incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature
- Wash cells with phosphate buffered saline as described above
- Remove supernatant and resuspend cells in sheath fluid for immediate analysis or resuspend cells in 0.5 ml 1.0 % formaldehyde and store them at 2-8 degree C in the dark. Analyze
fixed cells within 24 hours.
These isotype control IgG1 are suitable as negative controls to be used in combination with COMBI-IC reagents for the:
- Enumeration of Myeloid Cells
- Analysis of Myeloid Differentiation Stage
- Enumeration of B-cells and Precursors
- Enumeration of T-cells and Precursors
- Analysis of Leukemia Cells
- Analysis of Immunodeficiency States
Results must be put within the context of other tests as well as the clinical history of the patient by a certified professional before final interpretation.

Product Notes
The IgG Negative Control (FITC) and IgG Negative Control (PE) (Catalog #AAA570400) is a Negative Control and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The COMBI IC Reagent: IgG Negative Control (FITC) and IgG Negative Control (PE) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IgG Negative Control (FITC) and IgG Negative Control (PE) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Permeabilization and Staining Procedure - In combination with our Permeabilization Kit FIX&PERM intracellular isotype controls can be easily stained in cell suspensions. - For each sample to be analyzed add 50 ul of whole blood, bone marrow or mononuclear cell suspension in a 5ml tube - Add 100 ul of Reagent A (Fixation Medium, stored and used at room temperature) - Incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature - Add 5 ml phosphate buffered saline and centrifuge cells for 5 minutes at 300 g - Remove supernatant and add to cell pellet 100 ul Reagent B (Permeabilization Medium) and 20 ul of COMBI-IC Negative Control antibody conjugate. - Vortex at low speed for 1-2 seconds - Incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature - Wash cells with phosphate buffered saline as described above - Remove supernatant and resuspend cells in sheath fluid for immediate analysis or resuspend cells in 0.5 ml 1.0 % formaldehyde and store them at 2-8 degree C in the dark. Analyze fixed cells within 24 hours. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG Negative Control (FITC) and IgG Negative Control (PE) for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IgG Negative Control (FITC) and IgG Negative Control (PE), Negative Control" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
