The antibody may be used in ELISA and IAC.
For ELISA, the recommended dilution is 1:300 to 1:3000, depending on the conjugate used for detection. For positive controls ELISA plates are coated with 400 ng/ml BSA-conjugated C6/C8-alkylphenol.

This working antibody solution is stable for at least 7 days at 4 degree C.
