Rabbit anti-Human, Mouse Atypical Chemokine Receptor D6 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-ACKR2 antibody
D6 Antibody BIOTIN-Conjugated
ELISA: 1:10,000
Western Blot: 1:500
Controls chemokine levels and localization via high-affinity chemoking binding that is uncoupled from classic liand-driven signal transduction cascades, resulting instead in chemokine sequestration, degradation, or transcytosis. Acts as a regulator of inflammatory leukocyte interactions with lymphatic endothelial cells and is required for immature/mature dendritic cells discrimination.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a beta chemokine receptor, which is predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein similar to G protein-coupled receptors. Chemokines and their receptor-mediated signal transduction are critical for the recruitment of effector immune cells to the inflammation site. This gene is expressed in a range of tissues and hemopoietic cells. The expression of this receptor in lymphatic endothelial cells and overexpression in vascular tumors suggested its function in chemokine-driven recirculation of leukocytes and possible chemokine effects on the development and growth of vascular tumors. This receptor appears to bind the majority of beta-chemokine family members; however, its specific function remains unknown. This gene is mapped to chromosome 3p21.3, a region that includes a cluster of chemokine receptor genes. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Product Notes
The ACKR2 ackr2 (Catalog #AAA540943) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The D6 Antibody BIOTIN-Conjugated reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Atypical Chemokine Receptor D6 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). Dot Blot: 1:10,000 ELISA: 1:10,000 Western Blot: 1:500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ACKR2 ackr2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Atypical Chemokine Receptor D6, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
