Specificity
Prior to conjugation, no reaction was observed with normal human plasma using immunoelectrophoresis and immunodiffusion techniques.

Presentation
0.1 ml of purified immunoglobulin from sheep serum conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The IgG-FITC concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) containing 1mg/ml bovine albumin and 0.1% sodium azide (w/v), pH 7.4. The incorporation of FITC is 6.16 moles fluorescein per mole IgG as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.1 mg.
