| Test Cell Suspension: | 100 ul of washed 1-2% fresh human red blood cells (HRBC) in saline. |
| Product Tested: | Diluted antibody (lot#: 0212-G) in 100 ul of heat inactivated normal rabbit serum diluted 1:100 in saline. |
| Incubation: | 37°C for 20 mins, in U-bottom microtiter plates. 20°C for 2 to 4 hrs. for cell settling pattern. |
| Titer: | The highest dilution of the product that yields agglutination. |
| Results: | Titer 1:6400 (2%HRBC); 1:12800(1%HRBC). |
