Clone Number
SFL23.6
Specificity
Mouse Anti-Human Erythrocytes Clone SFL23.6 MAb is directed against an erythroid cell surface antigen. It shows a well defined reactivity with cells of the erythroid lineage at all stages of maturation in the peripheral blood, bone marrow, and fetal liver. Non-erythroid lineages are negative by flow cytometry. Although the exact identity of the antigen has yet to be determined, it has been shown to be distinct from Glycophorin A. This MAb is useful in the erythroleukemia, identification of bone marrow erythroid precursors, gating erythroid nucleated precursor cells from malignant cells in bone marrow specimens.
Form/Format
200ug/ml of Ab purified from Bioreactor Concentrate by Protein A/G. Prepared in 10mM PBS with 0.05% BSA & 0.05% azide. Also available WITHOUT BSA & azide at 1.0mg/ml.

Product Notes

The Erythrocyte Specific (Catalog #AAA438271) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Erythrocyte Specific reacts with Human. and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Erythrocyte Specific can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistology (IH). Flow Cytometry (0.5-1ug/million cells); Immunofluorescence (0.5-1ug/ml); Immunocytochemistry (Frozen) (0.5-1.0ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT) Immunohistology (Frozen) (0.5-1.0ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT) Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Erythrocyte Specific for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Erythrocyte Specific, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
