Related Product Information for anti-LOC103963573 antibody
The protein encoded by MED37E gene is a probable mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 37e. Component of the protein complex, a coactivator involved in the regulated transcription of nearly all RNA polymerase II-dependent genes. Mediator functions as a bridge to convey information from gene-specific regulatory proteins to the basal RNA polymerase II transcription machinery. In cooperation with other chaperones, the protein stabilizes preexistent proteins against aggregation and mediates the folding of newly translated polypeptides in the cytosol as well as within organelles.

Product Notes

The LOC103963573 (Catalog #AAA435363) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Probable mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 37e Mouse mAb for Pear reacts with Pear and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Probable mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 37e can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:1000-1:5000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LOC103963573 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Probable mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 37e, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
