CDK10 / PISSLRE Immunizing Peptide
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the CDK subfamily of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. The CDK subfamily members are highly similar to the gene products of S. cerevisiae cdc28, and S. pombe cdc2, and are known to be essential for cell cycle progression. This kinase has been shown to play a role in cellular proliferation and its function is limited to cell cycle G2-M phase. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, May 2009]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The CDK10 cdk10 (Catalog #AAA427439) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CDK10 / PISSLRE Immunizing Peptide reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. The amino acid sequence is listed below: AEPDLECEQI RLK. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CDK10 / PISSLRE, Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
