• Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 128000.; Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 38kDa band in lysates of cell lline HEK293 after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 30.8kDa according to AAL47201.1. The 38kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

This family member is part of the MRP subfamily, which is involved in multi-drug resistance, but the human locus is now thought to be a pseudogene incapable of encoding a functional ABC protein.
