• Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 64000.; Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 90kDa band in Human Brain (Cerebellum and Frontal Cortex) and Adrenal Gland lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 223kDa according to NP_056372.1. The 90kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

Members of this family are characterized by a chromodomain, a helicase ATP-binding domain and an additional functional domain. This gene encodes a neuron-specific protein that may function in chromatin remodeling and gene transcription.
