Titer: >1:500 in IFA
Applications for this product include direct FA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system. Working dilution must be determined by the user for his or her application but a starting range of 1:10 - 1:50 is suggested. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. It is recommended to use COUNTERSTAIN/BLOCKING DILUENT (Cat# MBS320455) and its MOUNTING MEDIUM (Cat# MBS320454) for optimum product performance. Enzyme amplification following reaction with FITC conjugate can also be accomplished utilizing enzyme-antibody conjugates specific to FITC (Cat#s MBS320424).
