This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Esrp2 Antibody, made

Target Description: Esrp2 is an mRNA splicing factor that regulates the formation of epithelial cell-specific isoforms. It specifically regulates the expression of FGFR2-IIIb, an epithelial cell-specific isoform of FGFR2. It also regulates the splicing of CD44, CTNND1, ENAH, 3 transcripts that undergo changes in splicing during the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT). It acts by directly binding specific sequences in mRNAs and binds the GU-rich sequence motifs in the ISE/ISS-3, a cis-element regulatory region present in the mRNA of FGFR2.

Uniprot Description

RBM35B: mRNA splicing factor that regulates the formation of epithelial cell-specific isoforms. Specifically regulates the expression of FGFR2-IIIb, an epithelial cell-specific isoform of FGFR2. Also regulates the splicing of CD44, CTNND1, ENAH, 3 transcripts that undergo changes in splicing during the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Acts by directly binding specific sequences in mRNAs. Binds the GU-rich sequence motifs in the ISE/ISS-3, a cis-element regulatory region present in the mRNA of FGFR2. Belongs to the ESRP family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes

The Esrp2 esrp2 (Catalog #AAA3228787) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Esrp2 Peptide - N-terminal region reacts with Mouse, Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Esrp2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Esrp2 esrp2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: PPPPPGPDPA VDSATDPCPE PQSLVVLFGA TAGALGPDLG SDETDLILLV. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Esrp2, Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
