Rat Nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 3 ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
regulatory factor that leads to the sexual dimorphic induction of CYP2B1 gene [RGD, Feb 2006]
Uniprot Description
NR1I3: Binds and transactivates the retinoic acid response elements that control expression of the retinoic acid receptor beta 2 and alcohol dehydrogenase 3 genes. Transactivates both the phenobarbital responsive element module of the human CYP2B6 gene and the CYP3A4 xenobiotic response element. Interacts with ECT2. Heterodimer of NR1I3 and RXR. Interacts with PSMC4. Directly interacts with DNAJC7. The DNAJC7-NR1I3 complex may also include HSP90. By dexamethasone. Predominantly expressed in liver. Belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family. NR1 subfamily. 7 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The Rat Nr1i3 nr1i3 (Catalog #AAA2882497) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2882497 ELISA Kit recognizes Rat Nr1i3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group I member 3, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
