Intra-Assay: CV<8%
Inter-Assay: CV<12%
Test Principle
This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate SERPINA12 in samples. An antibody specific for SERPINA12 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and anySERPINA12 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for SERPINA12 is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of SERPINA12 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.

1-4.5h
Preparation and Storage
Store at 2-8 degree C

Product Notes

The Human vaspin serpina12 (Catalog #AAA2801656) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2801656 ELISA Kit recognizes Human vaspin. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Visceral adipose-specific serine protease inhibitor (vaspin), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
