Rat UDP Glucuronosyltransferase 2 Family, Polypeptide B7 (UGT2B7) ELISA Kit | UGT2B7 elisa kit
Rat UDP Glucuronosyltransferase 2 Family, Polypeptide B7 (UGT2B7) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between UDP Glucuronosyltransferase 2 Family, Polypeptide B7 (UGT2B7) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the UDP-glycosyltransferase (UGT) family. UGTs serve a major role in the conjugation and subsequent elimination of potentially toxic xenobiotics and endogenous compounds. This protein is localized in the microsome membrane, and has unique specificity for 3,4-catechol estrogens and estriol, suggesting that it may play an important role in regulating the level and activity of these potent estrogen metabolites. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2017]

Product Notes
The Rat UGT2B7 ugt2b7 (Catalog #AAA2706269) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2706269 ELISA Kit recognizes Rat UGT2B7. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "UDP Glucuronosyltransferase 2 Family, Polypeptide B7 (UGT2B7), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
