Related Product Information for anti-NUDT10 antibody
NUDT10 (Nudix Hydrolase 10) is a Protein Coding gene. It is located on Xp11.22. This gene is a member of the nudix (nucleoside diphosphate linked moiety X)-type motif-containing family. The encoded protein is a phosphohydrolase and may regulate the turnover of diphosphoinositol polyphosphates. The turnover of these high-energy diphosphoinositol polyphosphates represents a molecular switching activity with important regulatory consequences. Molecular switching by diphosphoinositol polyphosphates may contribute to the regulation of intracellular trafficking. In some populations, putative prostate cancer susceptibility alleles have been identified for this gene. Diseases associated with NUDT10 include Autoimmune Polyendocrine Syndrome, Type Ii, and Adrenal Cortical Hypofunction. Among its related pathways are Metabolism and Inositol phosphate metabolism (REACTOME).

Product Notes

The NUDT10 (Catalog #AAA256255) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-NUDT10 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NUDT10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NUDT10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NUDT10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
