Reactivity
Mouse
Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Mouse FX. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse FX and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Mouse FX and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.

Related Product Information for FX elisa kit
Description: The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of FX in Mouse serum, plasma and other biological fluids
Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse FX. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells and bound by the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse FX and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse FX, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse FX. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse FX in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

NCBI Description

Tissue specific transplantation antigen P35B is a NADP(H)-binding protein. It catalyze the two-step epimerase and the reductase reactions in GDP-D-mannose metabolism, converting GDP-4-keto-6-D-deoxymannose to GDP-L-fucose. GDP-L-fucose is the substrate of several fucosyltransferases involved in the expression of many glycoconjugates, including blood group ABH antigens and developmental adhesion antigens. Mutations in this gene may cause leukocyte adhesion deficiency, type II. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Uniprot Description

TSTA3: Two step NADP-dependent conversion of GDP-4-dehydro-6- deoxy-D-mannose to GDP-fucose, involving an epimerase and a reductase reaction. Belongs to the fucose synthase family.

Product Notes

The Mouse FX tsta3 (Catalog #AAA2504397) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2504397 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse FX. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "FX, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
