Related Product Information for anti-GPR182 antibody
G Protein-Coupled Receptor L1/G10D (GPR182) has been suggested to be an Adrenomedullin Receptor. Originally cloned from rats and later from humans, L1/G10D does not to bind adrenomedullin or display functional cAMP response to adrenomedullin (reviewed in Poyner et al. 2002).

NCBI Description

Adrenomedullin is a potent vasodilator peptide that exerts major effects on cardiovascular function. This gene encodes a seven-transmembrane protein that belongs to the family 1 of G-protein coupled receptors. Studies of the rat counterpart suggest that the encoded protein may function as a receptor for adrenomedullin. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Uniprot Description

Product Notes

The GPR182 gpr182 (Catalog #AAA247702) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit Polyclonal to Human GPR182 / ADMR reacts with Gibbon, Gorilla, Human Predicted Reactivity: Monkey (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's GPR182 / ADMR can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC - Paraffin), Immunocytochemistry (ICC). ICC, IHC-P (5 - 9 ug/ml). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GPR182 gpr182 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GPR182 / ADMR, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
