Product Information
This item is purified collagen type III from bovine skin. Collagen type III occurs in most soft connective tissues. It is composed of trimers of identical alpha 1(III) chains. The chains are linked to each other by interchain disulfide bonds. Trimers are also cross-linked via hydroxylysines.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 2.0ml of 0.1M acetic acid, pH 3.0.
Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. We recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
