Reagents and Applications
Coating Buffer - Used for coating antibody on the wells of 96-well strip plate. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Coating Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle of Coating Buffer can be used for preparing 220mL working solution.
Blocking Buffer - Used for blocking of unspecific binding sites of the plate. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Blocking Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle of Blocking Buffer can be used for preparing 120mL working solution.
Standard Diluent - Used for dilution of Standard. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Standard Diluent reagent with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle of Standard Diluent can be used for preparing 80mL working solution.
Detection Antibody Diluent - Used for dilution of Detection Antibody. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Detection Antibody Diluent reagent with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle of Detection Antibody Diluent can be used for preparing 60mL working solution.
Streptavidin-HRP Diluent - Used for dilution of Streptavidin-HRP. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Streptavidin-HRP Diluent with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle of Streptavidin-HRP Diluent can be used for preparing 60mL working solution.
Wash Buffer - For plate washing. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Wash Buffer with deionized or distilled water before the experiment. 1 bottle of Wash Buffer can be used for preparing 2000mL working solution.
Streptavidin-HRP - Steptavidin-HRP can specifically bind biotinylated antibodies. Prepare a working solution by diluting the Streptavidin-HRP with Streptavidin-HRP Diluent working solution. The dilution ratio was 1:100. 1 bottle can be used for preparing 60mL working solution.
Substrate Solution - Used for chromogenic substrate.
Stop Solution - Used for stopping chromogenic reaction.
Important Notes
Appropriate care should be exercised when using these reagents, including gloves, glasses, lab coats, and good laboratory procedures.
Preparation and Storage
Streptavidin-HRP should be stored at -20 degree C, others are valid for 6 months at 4 degree C. Store diluted (reconstituted powder) or working solutions at 4 degree C for up to one week for use in subsequent experiments.
