Rabbit anti-Human RIP3 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-RIPK3 antibody
Anti-RIP3 antibody
Background: Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 3(RIPK3), also known as RIP3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RIPK3 gene. This gene is mapped to 14q12. The product of this gene is a member of the receptor-interacting protein(RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases, and contains a C-terminal domain unique from other RIP family members. The encoded protein is predominantly localized to the cytoplasm, and can undergo nucleocytoplasmic shuttling dependent on novel nuclear localization and export signals. It is a component of the tumor necrosis factor(TNF) receptor-I signaling complex, and can induce apoptosis and weakly activate the NF-kappaB transcription factor.

Product Notes
The RIPK3 ripk3 (Catalog #AAA176800) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-RIP3 antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RIP3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RIPK3 ripk3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RIP3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
