Procedure
Recombinant PLBL-2 (UniProt #G3I6T1) with a 6xHIS tag was expressed in and purified from CHO-S cells. PLBL2 is synthesized as a ~66KDa preproenzyme. Due to the processing mechanism of PLBL2 by this cell line, PLBL2 is mainly detected at estimated molecular weights of 74 kDa, 66 kDa, and 50 kDa under reducing conditions.

This product is determined to be >95% pure based on Coomassie stained SDS-PAGE and detected by Western Blotting using anti-6His and anti-PLBL2 antibodies.
