ESR1 sirna
ESR1 siRNA (Mouse)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes an estrogen receptor, a member of the nuclear hormone family of intracellular receptors. The encoded protein, activated by the sex hormone estrogen, is a transcription factor composed of several domains important for hormone binding, DNA binding, and activation of transcription. Estrogen and its receptors are essential for sexual development and reproductive function, but also play a role in other tissues such as bone. Similar genes in human have been implicated in pathological processes including breast cancer, endometrial cancer, and osteoporosis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Product Notes
The ESR1 esr1 (Catalog #AAA8229442) is a siRNA produced from Synthetic and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ESR1 siRNA (Mouse) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ESR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, RNA Interference (RNAi). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ESR1 esr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ESR1, siRNA" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
