This antibody is a part of a series of 8 antibodies designed for customer ELISA and lateral flow assay development including MBS122167, MBS122282, MBS122283, MBS122284, MBS122285, MBS122286, MBS122287 and MBS122288. The antibodies were evaluated by direct ELISA and direct antigen lateral flow. Lateral flow was done with recombinant and native antigen on the membrane. The antigen was detected by antibody-gold conjugation. Lateral flow was also done with colloidal gold monoclonal antibody sandwich (researchers should define and optimize antibody pairs for their application).
