Rabbit anti-Human ABI2 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-ABI2 antibody
Anti-ABI2 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal
ICC/IF: 1:300-1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Immunochemical staining of human ABI2 in human brain with rabbit polyclonal antibody at 1:1000 dilution, formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections.)
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence staining of ABI2 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human ABI2 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:1000) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
Abi-2: May act in regulation of cell growth and transformation by interacting with nonreceptor tyrosine kinases ABL1 and/or ABL2. Part of the WAVE complex that regulates lamellipodia formation. The WAVE complex regulates actin filament reorganization via its interaction with the Arp2/3 complex. Regulates ABL1/c-Abl-mediated phosphorylation of MENA. Belongs to the ABI family. 4 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
